Just Made Home-Made Burgers, Here's The Recipe!
  • I'm going to school for Chef Training/Culinary Arts and decided I'd make some burgers today for dinner. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for a few hours, and here's what I used. It was a spur of the moment thing today. I'll post back with how things went with the finished project when I eat them.
    ---
    2lb of ground beef
1 pinch of salt (sea salt works too)
    1tsp of black pepper
    1tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette
1tbsp of Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ Sauce
    1 pinch of dried oregano
1 pinch of Montreal Steak Spice
3 handfuls of Goldfish Pizza Flavored Crackers (Used as a substitute for crackers/breadcrumbs/eggs) (Helps bind the mixture)
    ---
    I'll be back with results!
  • Looking forward to hearing the results, the recipe sounds delicious. May try making it myself but I may have to get a substitute for the Goldfish Pizza Flavoured Crackers as I'm not too sure they're available here in the United Kingdom.
  • HURRY UP I NEED TO KNOW HOW GOOD THIS WAS!
  • I couldn't snap any pictures of the end result, but there's a few left over. Quite possibly the best burgers I've made yet. Yummy yums!

    The recipe works, kids!
