2 cups water £0 a day
berries £1 a day*
1 banana 30p a day
1kiwi fruit 30p a day
100g spinich 50p a day
50-100g kale 50p a day
*(400g stawberry & 150g blueberry special offer £3 from morrisons)
£2.60 a day is not much to ask for, and this will be a lot better for you than a morning coffee
all you have to do is put them all in a tub and press the button on the blender. I don't have a smoothie maker so its just a hand blender and a pan. Switch up the berries or the fruits as you like.
because of the water in it the smoothy doesn't have a strong taste and is ideal for slurping on when your checking your morning emails/feeds.
Don't bother using time as an excuse cause you can make it up in the same time it takes for your toast to pop.
After a week of trying these out I can say that i feel healthier and have alot more energy.
