Apologies to those who are reading this, I’ve not given up on the 30 day challenge!
I’m afraid I had some family problems crop up over the weekend which meant I had to leave London for a couple days and couldn’t put any time into my challenges. I left my running gear and drawing stuff at home and felt as though I’d failed the challenge as I wasn’t able to actively do it every day, but I’m calling the ‘hiatus’ card! I will try my best not
Day III Ė 1 Mile / 7 minutes 44 seconds
I couldnít run this morning as I didnít wake up early enough, my alarm went off but in standard fashion my brain went to autopilot and I appear to have switched it off without even registering the high pitched buzzing right beside my head. I decided to close the window last night as nature had right royally pissed me off the day before and I figured that was not the best way to wake up in the morning.

I mentioned previously that I intend to, for the next 30 days, do the things I did when I was a kid but donít do anymore; those things being to run and to draw, or to draw and run, but not to draw whilst running! Although that might make for a somewhat interesting drawing!
I chose the challenges of running at least a mile a day and to spend at least some time of every day drawing because when I was a kid I used to go out after school and
